why am i still a fat mo-fo
to be honest, im not that fat- just bloated and underdevelopped. skinny limbs, low muscle tone, and very fatty heavy middle section. put on weight after just looking at a carb
i am 22, primary hypogonadism, hypothyroid (v.low free t3, high rt3, middle tsh), elevated cortisol, elevated e2 and shbg.
i have been on 7.5g per day of testogel, and 2 grains of armour. i have been walking three hours a day, and lifting weights with a trainer three times a week. i have been doing this for a month, but so far havent noticed any change.
diet is sorta spotless, except once in a while i go completely nuts and bing eat. the rest of the time i eat lean protein, veg, salads etc.
i was wondering what, if anything, there is that i should be looking at- is there any thing nutritionally, or in terms of blood tests, i should be getting my gp to look at with me. i know that hypothyroid and hypogonadism take ages to improve on, but ive been trying really hard and i was wondering if there was anything i was missing, as although my libido is much much much better, muscle tone, and body fat, is still rubbish considering all the effort ive been putting in.
:(
i was wondering

With all the hormonal problems you are having I would guess something still isn't right or it is just now and it will take time. I was a person who could easily make gains in strength, endurance, easily lose fat. Now I have no progress and can't lose a pound of fat. Hormones do a lot!
