well, as i have done countless hours of research, and searching for articles and such, it just hit me while cooking chicken....

WHY NOT HAVE A STICKY THREAD WITH INFO AND LINKS FROM MEMBERS AND THEIR RESEARCH....to possibly take to their doctors so they can see actual studies and what not on

I Started an anti-aging bookmark folder to try and avoid finding something one day and unable to re find it another...

i need to do more research on adrenals and how they effect T levels

well, if this idea takes off a mod or someone organized could organize by hormone to make it easy?

just parused that finally... very nice read...xmas present for us..

how about anything for what ive read here.. vit E with HCG prevents sensitivity or something, and someone noticed a world of difference in feeling when they added iron as ferritin was low?
