well your pdf file is not opening in my browser..
But i think taking pills for Nutrient absorption is not quite that much beneficial as food.
To live, your body relies on at least 40 nutrients found in food. As you digest food, it is broken down into nutrients which are absorbed into your bloodstream and carried to all the cells in your body.

actually taking a (good) multivitamin will give u more nutrients than just eating "healthy." U'll quickly realize that although u may think u are eating healthy and getting most of the nutients, you typically arent. I don't have much time to expand right now but if anyone wants more info. let me know and i'll post later!

this is exactly why I saw slight improvement in my general state of wellbeing after starting a multivitamin, and a couple vitamin supplements. They are NO gimmick
