Can we increase the size allowed for PDF attachments? I tried to attached a PDF today, but the size is limited to 19.5kb, which is small

Yeah, not a problem. All the defaults are relatively low, and I think we were waiting to see how much this would be used. I upped it quite substantially, so you shouldn't have a problem.
