JanSz, I mentioned this on another thread and wanted to make sure you saw this as well as some others to chime in. Doid you ever think you are over testing and medicating? I know from the changes I made working with HAN I saw dramatic results and we didn't ADD anything we actually decreased dosages and addressed some dietary needs and that was it! I went from little libidio and needing cialis to wanting it everyday and no cialis needed in fact I get so excited everything is working that I am a 2 minute man. Perhaps you should scale down and as the saying goes crawl before you walk then walk before you run? I look forward to continuing my work with HAN on my diet as well as seeing Dr john in 2008 to have one of the best (if not the best) in the US addressing my hormones.

JanSZ lets start from the top
issues that need to be addressed
1. methyation issues - preexisting or caused by the cancer
2. cell membrane integrity and alteration that are caused via cancer (6:3 ratio)
3. dietary assessment -
4. hormonal assment - adrenals, thyroid, tesotsterone, estrogens, ect
5. sleep patterns
6. neurotransmitters imbalances
7. digestion and gut integrity/permeability
8. mineral assement - hair (ARL) or spectracell labs

i hate to see your supplement bill must be in 400 bucks a month at least !!
If LEF had stock you owned a good juink of it thats for sure..:D

Thanks HAN & Bill-NJ for your concern, appreciated.

This is Exactly to the point.

Everybody and his brother are freely dispensing advice.
Often that advice is good for average person.
Problem is that there is no average person around.

This is exactly how Patrick Hanaway MD from Genova
is starting his presentation on NutriEval test.

I am in the process of getting my results back.
Unfortunately when I made my decission on which tests to do I new only about their ONE test.
I added some other tests using my own logic and am short of only one to make the whole set covered by NutriEval.

I was getting ready for hair analysis, shaved back of my head and was waiting till beginning of February to have sufficient sample.
It turns out NutriEval uses RBC, red blood cels for the same purpose.
RBC gives about 3 months history, then they die, start fresh.
So now I am planning to do my RBC testing latter.

I had already been told to do RBC analysis by results of the Metabolic test that I did. I was just to inexperienced reading the report that I got.
It was already in there in Oct 04/07..

I am in learning mode.

At this moment I am trying to figure out how to pull back on my supplements.
I will be dropping some, just looking for which one to drop.
Ideas are welcome, but I do not want to drop cold turkey.

So far I have been succesful in what I am doing.
Defnitely much more succesful that the SOB doc who pronounced end of my sex life so many years ago.

But I am looking for more bang per pil.
The handfull of pills I am taking daily is not fun,
more
I am sure I am taking 3/4 of useless stuf and missing on the stuff that I really need.

HAN

In UK when they do NutriEval thay also encourage people to do

FACTest

http://www.iwdl.net/tests.htm

They have four of FACT's
I am listing the one on the top

ALL01 Food Allergy Cellular Test (FACTestTM): Food intolerance can be an important factor in many acute and chronic conditions, producing delayed onset symptoms ranging from IBS, muscle and joint aches, fatigue, weight problems, hyperactivity, skin irritations and anxiety. The FACTestTM measures all types of immunological reactions to a total of 233 different foods, including common seasonings, colourings, additives and beverages from a single blood sample
