in an effort to keep it simple, i am going to take 75mg on mon and thurs

get tested in 7 weeks, then add HCG 350IU on Sat and Weds, then retest in 4 weeks

my estradiol was 102pmol range <220 (not sure what it was recently)

Sounds like a solid plan
150 mgs may be alittle too much for TRT 115-130 should be plenty less chances for aromatazation too..back fill with DHEA and pregnenolone

if u recall, on 100mg week that got me to a high of 533ng, then 6 weeks later it was like 413ng....50ng over where i started....NOT GOOD..

gunna have to investigate the others, im up in canada eh!! :D

also my DHEA-s was
dheas.....8.2 umol/L (2.8-12.4umol/L) 302mcg/dl and 6.1 during treatment, not sure what it was Dec 5....i have to ask for the results, forgot, i was too happy..

where would we like it?

You need to get proper e2 testing done because something sounds like it is suppressing your top end number. I had a client that I tried to jumpstart every way possible and his body was not repsonding. He finally went to dr and was on 50 mgs every 3 days and came up with test of 550 on peak, but e2 was 60. In conjunction with his dr. I suggested armidex at .25 m,w,f and 3 weeks later all variables the same it came back total test 1012 and e2 at 32 and he was feeling on top of the world. So just simple tweaks in the HRT makes the biggest difference. After getting those test results back I suggest that he lower his test to 45 mgs e3days and keep armidex the same. His next test came back at 800 with e2 at 20. Once stable for 4 more weeks then he will add HCG in 200 ius day before the shot to kick his nuts back in then will add 50 mgs of topical pregnenolone and 25 mgs DHEA to back fill the holes that the hcg may cause depletion of and we got another happy camper !!

Make sure its the ultra sensitive preferably threw quest.

Rhein and Geneva urine labs are accurate as well.

may i also add, as indicated, the PEAK was 533, but droped to 413ng..is that normal..is that the testicles fully shutting down, or just testosterone numbers jumping around??

also, according to my urologist that is the proper E2 testing up here in canada..unless i can prove otherwise...

i intend to bring up arimidex, because eveen if i am NORMALISH, maybe im just sensitive to estrogen???

lets pretend, in 12 weeks on HCG and test im around 900ng, but still dont have morning wood or interest....and if by adding arimidex im hornier and what not, thats the piece of the missing puzzle

my "plan" is to also implement .25mg or DEX MON-WED-FRI, And retest blood work and report my feelings...since i can call his office and get blood work done at will, which is nice.... i can chart my own progress and do my own experimenting with his supervision...

In Canada E2 levels are measured in picomols and in the United States E2 levels are measured in picograms. If you want to compare numbers, here is how to convert them:

therefore, my TT would of been 500ish and my E2 is 28

i just noticed that would give our high range at 220, is 59 PG

Your peak on 100mg was 533 and you want to jump right to 150mg?

I am NOT a doctor, but that seems too big a jump. I would go to 110 or 120 and see where it goes. You can not predict what an increase will do - highly individualisttic.

A 50% jump in dosage does not seem reasonable to me. This does NOT translate to a 50% increase in your T, so you cant say it will be 795. Might go to 1400 who knows.

4 weeks after the 533, it was 413ng or something... and i started at a high of 397ng i think..... my loow was 332, usually 365ish...

When I stoped gels and started on shots I did 100 mgs in 6 weeks my levels were just under 600 yet I felt much better my joint and muscle pain I had for yrs. was gone. But my Dr. knows me after all these yrs. and upped the dose to 150 mgs a week in 6 weeks my test only went up to 650 this is when he broke down and let me try HCG now after 15 shots of HCG my levels went up over 1200. Now we need to understand the lab I used at this time had a range of 262 to 1593 name of the lab in MI. is Biotech.

So for what it's worth doing Depo T going from 100 mgs to 150 did not help much. Up until I found out I am Hypopituitary I need a lot of Testosterone to keep my levels up. Just doing gels 10grams a day I still needed a 200 mg shot of testosterone every 2 weeks to keep my levels up.

I feel the stress of low Cortisol and Thyroid was making my body eat up the Testosterone as fast I as I could get it.

Now treating my Adrenals first using Cortef my T levels shot way up we had to lower my dose a lot. Then later treating my Thyroid things were much better. But not right now that I found out my Ferritin was below normal and I started on Iron pills this did it now I feel great.

I don't think just going on Testosterone without checking everythink is going to get us to feel 100%.

worked out today, my diet has been "off" the last 3 weeks so my weight is up, but im veinerin the arms, i feel thicker which is nice (could all be in head_) and the pump was back again today!! felt gr8....

been 2 days b4 i had sex, but we were talking about it, and i felt life down there....sex felt alright too

still abit tired, could be fighting off another f'n cold....

i looked into cholesterol..... 173mg.dl... over 160 is good, correct?

so i guess i just need my test levels boosted... may try and get IGF-1 checked...

Things happen.
We already had a guy who did not see well,
he thought that his syringe was filled but actually half of it was air.

Another possiblity is long time between shot and blood draw.

Some guys change needles between drawing from vial and actual injecting, and spill a little in between.

If you split your weekly dose and did shots every other day,
you should expect about 700 on 100mg/week

That is if your testicles are not working, which is often the case, if they work they are not producing enough anyhow.

Possibly that is the explanation.
You have had blood draw three days latter.

If you promise :) to split the T shots and do them every other day,
I will tell you how much testosterone you need.
Otherwise it is mostly waste of time.
