I do not want to knock down LEF, it got me thru when I had no place to turn.
I am using almost exclusively their producs.
I am using so many of them, that it is not funy anymore, and newer know if I should take some more or cut some out.
Whith all that out of the way;


I am missing a way to figure out what supplements I personally need.
Not as average person in my age category and whatewer other classification there is.
I am single person with unique requirements.

I think I finally found a way.
This about Genova tests.

NutriEval
and
Estroessence

purpose of these tests is to advice what supplements to take to bring body into balance. On end of the report there is a list of supplements.
That list is short, way way shorter than what I am taking now, and it gives daily dose. Dum proof, easy to use.

I did send out for most of those tests, waiting results.

I don't think you need to spend all that money on testing I think your extensive list of blood tests is more than enough When I started working with HAN I provided him with less than that on both me and my wife and in the last month we have both noticed dramatic changes and I am sure when we get the info he requested (still a lot less than your tests) we will see even more positive results. it might be your are testing too much looking for all the wrong answers and not fixing the basics and making the minor adjustments based on your needs.

I don't take a whole lot of stuff

A multi, some fish oil, vitamin E, extra zinc, magnesium, niacin, protein powder

I get my stuff wherever I can find the best deals

LEF is cool when they have discount sell off at the end of the year. I was buying Large bottles of fish oil for 7 bucks.

Other than that I buy stuff from the better health food store online. I get a discount plus they are cheap anyways
