Lately I have been having this recurring chill down my spine. It's hard to explain. It makes me kind of feel like I want to jump out of my skin. If I take a xanax it seems to go away. Could this be an E2 thing? I haven't checked E2 in a while so I was thinking of getting it run today. This is my current protocal (plus I take daily 5mg Lexapro, 10mg Adderall XR):
Sunday 55mg Cyp IM, 0.2 L-Dex
Monday 0.2mg L-Dex
Wednesday 55mg Cyp IM, 0.2 L-Dex
Thursday 0.2mg L-Dex
I also do 300iu hCG EOD subc
Any help would be appreciated.

What were your past results on this routine?
Post blood tests of TT, SHBG, Albumin, E2-sensitive, DHT, DHEAs, progesterone, pregnenolone, prolactin
and as many as you have of other tests.
Start with thyroid/adrenals related.

Thanks Jansz. Unfortunately, due to a high deductible insurance plan, I haven't done a full set of labs for a few months.
I should also mention that about a month ago I had a life situation that set me back a little bit and my diet and workout went to crap.
In looking at previous logs, it looks as if I might have gotten my E2 too low with L-dex on a similiar protocal. The last time I had this weird feeling was when my TT got too high on pellets.
I plan on doing a few assays today and will do some of what you mention. In most cases, a similiar protocal has left me on the normal or higher end of everything except pregnenolone, DHEA, and cortisol. These have always been low for me. It probably doesn't help that I dropped TD preg and Oral DHEA because I thought that was my anxiety issue (I have been sensitive to DHEA in the past). Isocort made me feel edgy.
I know this is way too subjective...and its not like me. I have been traveling a lot for business and doing too much subjective concluding...
I will get E2 sensitive today, TT, Thyroid panel, Progesterone, DHEA at least.
I am also going to cut back my hCG a little. One thing I failed to mention is that 2 weeks ago I cut my Lexapro from 10mg to 5mg.
Thanks for your quick response.

I always start out considering temporary neurological weirdness as low cortisol.
Reducing your DHEA and TD (transdermal) pregnenolone will contribute towards that.
Also, how has your sleep been lately ?
As we age our natural growth hormone levels decline, so our adrenals require reliable high quality deep sleep to heal overnight. Boosting T (testosterone) the way you do can partially make up that deficit. Sometimes you have to boost T a lot to make up the shortfall in growth hormone, so that there are enough repair triggering hormones to get the job done overnight.
But you do need to work on getting those cortisol levels a little higher during the day (not necessarily at night of course, unless you're too low even at night).

You also need to mention what supplements you are taking that could be affecting your e2 levels. I am also sensitive to DHEA and switched 7 keto because my e2 levels have been always high since I started dhea. By removing the dhea and substuituing 7 keto I would get the same benefits as the dhea just not the e2 issues. I also take reservatrol for antiaging and also for maintence of down stream of estrogen metabolites. After spending a crap load of money on DIm to control these metabolites. I figure by lowering the source of them would take care of them. Since coming off dhea and swithcing to 7 keto I notice alot of low e2 symptoms not high e2. All my lumps under my breasts have disapperares, skin looks 10 time better and tighter, but I feel like total crap and hair is starting to fall out. When I have high e2 I stink like rotten ...., my boobs hurt, and no joint pains. This time i having all low e2 symptoms. Plus i have not shaved in a week and still have alittle peach fuzz which is usually for me.

That is not true.
The downstream metabolites of 7-keto-DHEA are approximately only one-seventh ( 1/7 ) of the total number of downstream metabolites of DHEA.
Only the part where you say "without the E2 issues" is correct.

The questons is what benefits would not I be getting from not taking straight dhea? Since stopping the dhea I notice alot less beard growth. 7 days and just a little stubble.
