I was just wondering what to do if this happens. I just did my 3rd injection and i hit one. I aspirated the needle and no blood just air so i must have blown straight through into the quad muscle. Now there is a purple spot and a knot under it. Is there anything that will help or do you just let it be?

Sounds like you passed through a vein on the way in. As long as you don't inject into the vein directly you should be fine.
You now just have a bruise that'll have to heal.

How would one know & what would happen?

First you turn green.. next you get huge... finally you have to find some new pants.
For real though.. I'm curious too.. what happens if you end up injecting T straight in to a blood vessel?

It would be best if somewhat comments with real medical knowledge on this. However, I have talked with a few people who have done this and it really doesnt turn out well (thats why you aspirate!).
One of the people I spoke to went into an insane coughing spell, almost until he fainted. The other the same coughing, however he called an ambulance, not sure how they handle it, however he was fine in the end, just a terrible experience.

The person you spoke with, most likely, injected into a vein. By just passing through one, the injectable isn't actualy put into the vein. I've done this before and it usually results in blood seeping out when I withdraw the needle, followed by a pretty distinguishable bruise that goes away in about a week.
The original poster said he aspirated, so I think he'll be just fine.

I did aspirate. This was a thigh injection and good god is my quad sore. I mean I could barely lay in the bed comfortably last night but it is getting better.
Do you guys think a 25g 1 in is ok for a glute shot. I dont have a lot of fat back there

I always do quads and always aspirate.I've never aspirated blood, but often times I'll have a drop of blood well up and run down my leg after withdrawal. On a couple of occasions I've had blood squirt out after I pull the needle out.Never had any ill effects beside soreness.
