Hair Thickening

I've been experiencing diffuse hair loss for the last five years. There is very little recession at my hairline, but my hair has diffused so much at the top of my head, its starting to become unmanageable. I don't have any bald spots, just ALOT less hair.

I'm also getting a ton of grey that is also diffuse (but that does not really bother me that much, it makes me look distinguished.

Anyway, I need to find some good ways to thicken my hair back up. Any suggestions? Anyone have any luck using Spiro for this?

You could try that Rogaine stuff, it's supposed to work best for top of head hair loss.
