I am currently working with a One of the Top universities in the USA for psychology. I have been in contact with head director of the university for a few months now presenting the idea of having case studys done on both US soldiers and highly psychological distressed individuals. These studies will be a stepping stone in the intergration of how hormones and traditional psychology are gradually going to make the transition of becoming one. My Girl is has become the first person in history of the university to be able to take on clients in only matter of 3 weeks. The average time is normally 6 months before they would even consider it. She is an intense practicum to where she is completing what normally should be done in 2 years in only 6 months. Since being with me she has changed her field of study to neuropsych and also health psychology. She will have a double Ph.D in just 2 short years. In conjunction with this I am also planning to present the first adult case study of importance of low cholesterol impacts on an adult well being, mood, hormone status. This information will correlate back to how cholesterol and psychological conditions could be linked. That is why I am asking for potential people to find out if having how many of you have low cholesterol and potentially could resolving this issue help with your unexplained anxiety. The study is also going to look into the fact that people with low cholesterol have potential for having more ability to be highly suspectable to virus as well as malabsorption issues of the gut. So over all the potential for the combination of intergreation of the mental and biological, hormonal aspect is over whelming. I am also working on something that will also be A-BOMB as well..

I have high cholesterol and high anxiety.

Lowering my estradiol with armindex has helped lower
but not eliminate my anxiety.

Cholesterol still high.

Factors that need to be explored
Low thyroid
Imbalanced EFA's
Excessive insulin
imbalance of e2 effects insulin response to cellular tissue.
magnesium defieincy and other mineral imbalaces
cortisol levels imbalances

More so the low cholsterol levels are going to be the main aspects..

i feel that in some people that TRT may be having an effect on HMG reductase resulting in a statin like effect. Once testosterone gets above the bodys own genetically set range it will start burning both fats and cholesterol together. Normally people with low cholesterol have some kind of imbalnace with in the cell membrane. i beleive that some people with low cholesterol have some form of insulin imbalance because the cholesterol is the back bone of cell membrane structure giving it strength and structure. With out a strong back bone hormone mainly insulin can be wreck havoc on the cell and tissue receptors. Instead of insulin resistanve they you have super insulin sensitivity. When insulin is secreted it would be going through the cell membrane so fast that it could cause an intial surge in sulin despite normal amount released. Cell membranes should be like jello not like water or a brick wall. If insulin is highly permeable then also every thing in the enviorment will also act the same way meaning toxins from out side and inside the cell. I beleive that people with low cholesterol are more subseptable to leaky gut resulting in unusually food allergies, increases liver issue, more stress to the adrenals due to dealing with the toxic over load with increased metabolism.
