Depends on dose and complexity of your hormone imbalance from the start.
A lot of medical professional advisers completely overlook adrenal fatigue / insufficiency, so their patients take months to see any benefits, or the patient moves on to another medical professional adviser who does search for adrenal issues.
A lot of medical professional advisers completely overlook E2 (estradiol) conversion issues, which results in seemingly no improvement ever. Eventually these patients take months to recognize this may be an issue (becasue their medical professional adviser didn't work it out) and the patient discovers E2 needs assessment via forums such as this one. So the patient either moves on or educates their medical professional adviser to measure E2 and then get E2 under management.
GH (growth hormone) levels are another factor. If your GH as tanked then it takes longer for T to exhibit its effects, because it's the only hormone triggering substantial repairs.
What's your overall hormone situation like - or have you only had T (testosterone) levels assessed ?

Over there I posted (3 days ago):
Repost your whole blood test, add units and ranges.
For the next one year or longer eat daily
1000grams of
eggs, lean beef, lean pork, lean chicken breasts, lean turkey
beyond the 1000grams, also variety of green vegetables as much as required to fill up hunger.
nothing else to eat except clean water, oil supplements, minerals and vitamins.
consider changes to this diet after you will fit confortably into 34" pants.
