I've been using a PS product called EndoAmp post-workout to blunt the cortisol spike. The manufacturer of this product seems reputable and claims it is good for treating and preventing adrenal fatigue. Makes sense to me, stop the adrenals from overproducing cortisol after a workout. I thought I'd get some opinions here.

Perhaps for preventing or even treating in early stages where pituitary, in concert, with adrenals can still crank the stuff out (albeit at higher levels). For treating adrenal fatigue, particularly where the adrenals are already spent, this is not a good option.

You first need to prove that the cortisl spike after a workout is damaging to your health.
For that you need to understand all of the things which cortisol does, not just one or two of the things which cortisol does.
Blunting the cortisol spike is only of use when the levels of testosterone you are doing are greater than physiological.
Ie: our bodies have evolved over eons, with natural testosterone levels, and to give out the cortisol spike when we work ourselves excessively.
If you think that a few smarties, who know only one or two things about how cortisol works, can do better than millions of years of evolution, then you are not correct.

Obviously there will be a precious few males whose cortisol spike is excessive, when their levels of testosterone are within the physiological range, but they are rare.

I don't believe the theory of evolution, but that is off topic for this board :)
I understand cortisol is important, I was just thinking it might be beneficial to attenuate the ACTH signal when cortisol is in short supply, as in AF. For example in one of my saliva tests, I had a spike after a workout and almost none the rest of the day. Perhaps if I'd used the PS I'd have some cortisol left and still able to workout. I guess I'd need to do another test to find out.

Your body needs the cortisol spike after your workout, and it needs cortisol for the rest fo the day as well.
Minimizing your physical stressors, while your daily cortisol output is too low, is still going to be necessary.
Working out, when your cortisol output can't handle the workout plus the rest of the day's stressors (mental and physical), means that:
either:
a) if you don't boost your T (testosterone) and/or if you don't boost your GH (growth hormone), then you shouldn't be working out,
or:
b) if you boost your T (testosterone) and/or GH (growth hormone) then you will eventually be able to return to working out after your adrenals recover.

Thanks, makes sense. But isn't there a condition where the body has an inappropriate response to stress, signaling too much cortisol? Sort of like a hypoglycemic over producing insulin.

Sure, there are a few unlucky individuals here or there, but the vast majority are not exceptional in this way.

Leanguy, I was wondering if you tried this, and how it worked for you?
I'm at the point in my trt where I feel great, but I just can't workout the way I want. I am always shot the night of and the day after workouts.

I went thru a whole bottle but honestly didn't notice much benefit.

I've been using this product for about 30 days. I do feel like it's yielded positive results. Testing has shown that I have high cort in late afternoon and at night. I usually take it between 1:00 - 7:00pm. Sometimes one scoop, sometimes two. Always after a workout. I have been using a few other supps as well, so I can't definitely pinpoint the efficacy of it. Also, my body is probably benefitting from continued TRT. So there are a couple of factors at play.
