Try to imagine how much of these drugs are excreted from the patient. It could be many times more than what the manufacturer releases. Add to that what people throw into the trash or the toilet. It is a multifaceted problem.

That can be a blessing for a few remaining males as long as they have sufficiently short refractory time.
