My last CHOL test indicated my lipids were elevated, the first blip on a trend which had seen them consistently lower since beginning TRT.
It is no doubt related to 60 - 70 hour work weeks, enormous stress, poor diet (and subsequent weight gain) over the past 9 months.
I have since begun Slo-Niacin 750 mg at night.
I am considering adding a small dose of RYR with dinner, but have heard it no longer contains an active ingredient.
Any truth to this? What about brands?
I was also thinking of waiting to rerun a CHOL panel to see what affect, if any the Slo-Niacin had overall.
