I feel most of my problems with this was due to my heart now that it's fixed. I don't have that feeling of fatigue but I am not very strong lose a lot of muscle.
My ED gone and sex like libido is very strong it's too bad my wife is not like this or I would be at it everyday. In my case as per the heart Dr. it's all about the blood flow.
I am not short of breath or feel any fatigue like I did before. Yet I am secondary and need still to treat all the hormones that are low.

During that first year of repair, when I had no knowledge whatsoever of medicine or hormones, I used garlic pills heavily. The most disgusting & strongest ones possible.
Now that I know about hormones better, I probably should've just investigated my thyroid and treated it earlier.
I bet the reason why my ED came about was that my thyroid failed years ago and I never knew.
The massive diet change was enough to correct SOME of my hormones, and obviously my ED, but thyroid ended up failing anyway.
I know how it is, when the guy down there isn't working right, it's very dramatic. But, be aware that it's likely pointing out a major hormone issue that is either impossible to detect at the moment, and is likely coming up.
I think the stuff I did :
"massive weight loss, garlic, zinc, vitamin D, fish oil, MSM", etc.. (and also diet was very alkaline)
won't work on most individuals, because they may not be able to balance every nutrient unless they study every nutrient. perhaps in my case I got a bit lucky
but, definitely, garlic doesn't hurt anyone. I now cook it with foods a lot. there's no harm in adding it to your diet to reduce bacteria.
In fact, the idea is, reduce inflammation and your testosterone will behave more normally. Dr.J seems a big fan of reducing inflammation. If you notice all those supplements I took it was to reduce inflammation... guess why?
I had damaged my knee, so did every anti-inflammatory on earth, even ginger teas.
side effect of anti-inflammatory treatment -> fixed ED

Speaking about garlic, I have a question.
Every opportunity I have, when I will not be around people for a while, I eat raw garlic.
I think that is good, hopefully not much questions about that part.
We are howewer rarely alone, so most of the garlic have to be cooked, if for no othere reason then just to get the stink out.
Question,
is coked garlic still valuable health vise,
or it is just a good tasting spice without much value when cooked.
There is a third way, eat raw but small (half a clove or so) once every day.
Comments please.
