Need vitamin D that is absorbable by your system
more body fat needs more vitamin D as excess body fat is looked at the body as another organ resulting in increased mineral utlization
Suggest 10,000 ius biotics emulsion forte 2000 ius for 10 weeks then retest
Vitamin B -12 injections 1000 mcg EOD for 6 weeks, 1000 every 3 rd day for 4 months
Low cortisol could be reason for low testosterone
Metabolic syndrome would not suprise me as you have several of the criteria.
Taking vitamins that are not absorbing waste of money. You get what you pay for.
thyroid needs more information as probablility of tsh above 2 is a potential red flag (like to see it under 2)

Repost your whole blood test, add units and ranges.
For the next one year or longer eat daily
1000grams of
eggs, lean beef, lean pork, lean chicken breasts, lean turkey
beyond the 1000grams, also variety of green vegetables as much as required to fill up hunger.
nothing else to eat except clean water, oil supplements, minerals and vitamins.
consider changes to this dietafter you will fit confortably into 34" pants.

1000 grams of meat is 2.2 lbs of meat LOL
First of all this would create acidic environment (not a good thing)
Jansz had the right idea about eating
1. Focus on your eating - good lean protiens, lots of good greens , clean complex carbo hydrates .. I have recommend numerous people on here specific eating plans and now it's part of their daily life.
2. Deal with any deep emotional issue through proper counseling if they are there. You need to search your self to find the answer no one knows that accept your self. Number one reason for weight gain is hidden depression
3. Get your self with a good hormone dr who knows what the hell they are doing.
4. Do not isolate your self this is worst thing you can do it only deepens the emotional issue. You took the first step and are getting help alot of men are in denile that some thing is wrong and feel less manly then going to seek help. Most people I deal with are far beyond that point, scrapping bottom, being pulled dragger behind the truck, out of work because of their aliment.
It is not untill majority men hit rock bottom that they seek help. self pride thing and stubborness. I have to literaly have to take my father to the dr because he does not feel sick, but his hormone profile will tell a whole other story.
