He only did the T injections and TD cream for a few months before his wife got pregnant.

Ie: his testicles had not yet shrunk.

Those IVF clinics do sperm count checks on the male partners (at least the good ones do).

Then if your sperm count is too low, they'll get you to inject yourself with recombinant FSH (not HCG).

Those IVF clinics do LH and FSH checks on the male partners (at least the good ones do).

Then if your LH is elevated, then they'll get you to inject T (testosterone) ester, or apply transdermal T cream, without an aromatase inhibitor.

I suspect this guy's LH was elevated, hence all he needed was T without an aromatase inhibitor.

24 yr old male uses OTC prohormones then person uses a serm (2 months) and discontinues it after 4 months and tested high LH and FSH with low testosterone would this identify that he has densitize his nuts to the Lh single.

My understanding that when the body is pumping out LH its trying to act like pounding on the door for testes to make testosterone but no one is answering.

Is this guy is basically primary and is screwed for life..I ran an fatty acid and LNA and LA, omega 9, sats where all low. So my understanding its that his hormone receptors could be down regulated (just a guess) because building block are not there.
