not ground breaking but I'm always on the lookout for exposure to many of the topics covered on boards like this in high profile places - Google is starting some sort of new user-generated-content vehicle (just what the world needs) called "Knol". But what caught my eye was in their examples of good material for this vehicle they have an entry on disorders of the pituitary that covers a lot of good stuff in overview (wish I had run across it a few years ago when I was stumbling around on the internet trying to figure out what was wrong with me).
