Just started on this to see how I do based on suggestion from doc.

IsoCort is a freeze dried adrenal cortex extract containing synergistic herbs & medium chain triglycerides

Isocort is designed to provide adrenal support for the those who have adrenal fatigue or reduced cortisol levels. Reduced cortisol production can result in many symptoms including:

fatigue
difficulty getting up in the morning
food cravings
allergies
anxiety
lack of energy
Isocort provides a standardized dose of the adreno-cortical substance (Cortisol) to supplement adrenal function.

Yes but you need to start low doing one pill everyday going up one pill every 5 days until your doing 2 pills 4x/day = 20 mgs of cortisol. Some do good on this I did OK but better on 30mgs of cortef you need to find the dose that supports your adrenals. I did this by finding my dose was to low because I was stress dosing to much at the time I was doing 20 mgs of Cortef HC 5 mgs. 4x's/day.

And I took my Temp after being up 3 hrs every 3 hrs 3x's /day added them up and div. by 3 this was my avg. if my Temps avg. went up or down more then 2ths I need more HC.
Also on this do a morning fasting test after taking your morning dose of HC to check your cortisol levels this will show if your on to much mine is about 12.
