The GH release pulses are all over the shop. When you see it graphically, as in this article (pay $20 to download):

...then you'll know why describing GH "pulses" is a misnomer.
In the end it's the total area under the curve (the total amount of GH released in a day) which matters.

Which is why Rheins 24 hour analysis is so good
Which is also why GHRP-6 + GHRH is so good too. Even if serum IGF-1 scores only register 50 more points higher, you can bet that all day, 24 hour amount of GH secreted is MUCH, much higher.
