What are you going to do today to make your life better.

I am going to go to the old persons club here in my town and workout in there Gym. It's like Free cost $1.00 a day.

Too Bad our President spends all our tax dollars on wars! Just think of the health care system we would have if we spent the sames funds on health care as we do war in Iraq

To make my day better
I get up and thank god that I made it to the next day
I also reflect that yes i am not in the best of health,but there are people out there that are alot worse off them me so instead of *****ing all the time, be thankful because it could be alot worse.
I'm going to do some mediation and relaxation exercises later on today
I'm going to go to the gym and get my ass back into shape
I'm not going to make excuses in things that need to get done
Going to go see if I can snag more people from the boards from AM HAHA
Be like nike and just DO IT

You go for it most women are very understanding of things and feel close to you when you open up to them. If not then your lucky early.

Now that was a dam good workout I felt good the whole time. Worked the whole body from top to bottom.
