I saw this posted on a board and my jaw dropped. No wonder male TRT is given a bad rap..

"I just rec'd what the doctor recommends for my TRT. It is as follows.

Testosterone Cypionate 200mg/ml: Take 1.5ml. per week.
HCG 10,000 units: Take 500 units 2x per week.
Arimidex 0.5mg: Take 3 caps per week.

Ofcourse I am new to this so I was curious as how this compares to others. I don't really have the money to continue this forever so I didn't know if there would be a good solution to running it and then taking a break. I'm not real sure about the bloodwork, but I do know I have low total testosterone (under 300). I am 27 years old.

the quantities used for TRT will vary from person to person. there are many factors that affect hormones in an individual. my TRT is very similar to the one above but the dosages are a little lower. the import thing is how the patient feels and making sure his numbers aren't out of whack. one guy can take 100mg of Test Cyp per week and be over range while another person can take 200mg per week and be under the upper level. that's like saying eveyone should eat the same amount of calories each day. well, it varies and there are many factors. and things can change over time, that's why you have to do periodic blood testing. it's a "tuning" process.

TRT isn't something that can be cycled, in most cases it's a life-long treatment. cycling TRT would be like a diabetic cycling insulin.

the very first step is to determine the cause of your low T. it might be something that is easily corrected. my balls stopped producing enough T so i had two choices:

1) feeling like shit for the rest of my life and just deal with all the related health issues that will be in my future, or

2) replace the missing hormones to be happy and healthy.

don't waste time by wondering "why me". you're young and need to take action on your health.

That was my point. 300 mgs a week is out rageous amounts. I have seen this regime one time before from some anti aging place from florida. They charge 200 for a bottle of test, 150 for hcg from china, and 150 for 30 tabs of compunded adex.

I'm new to injections so I'll admit my ignorance from the start...
Help me with my math please. So 200mg/ml at a dose of 150ml a week equals
300mg dosage? So a dosage of 150mg would equal .75ml?
Thanks

woops, my bad...i saw the 200mg and thought that was the dosage. ya, 300mg/week seems pretty high. that's more like a mini-cycle.
