I have read Melatonin will lower E2. Is this true? At what dosing? Etc.
In the absence of a D.O. who is reluctant to use Arimidex, I have tried Indoplex DIM. While DIM is toted by the mfg as not having any Vitamin K complications, it did affect my INR, blood thinner/thrombotic values.
My E2 last checked at 40 and I can tell, sweats, pissed off and wanting to chew metal. Looking for an alternative in the absence of Arimidex.

There is no safe or effective OTC alternative to arimidex. This is an issue that has been rehashed here a billion times over, sadly.
Your best bet is to find a new Dr or go see DR John.
Your trying to juggle knives in the dark unless you do so.

44 y/o, 6'1", 280 lbs, 42 waist.
Should be 215 lbs even though published BMI states 187 lbs. I have 54" shoulders and there is no way I can tank to 187lbs.

Think of 34" waist, do not worry about tables, shoulders, body fat and your weight.

Not so fast grasshopper.
I have had a few people that have been on same TRT dosages including adex for several months then I made a few suggestion in their supplement regime based upon clincal data and their e2 took a nose dive mysteriously. I want to be clear these people have had clincal nutrient imbalanced that were identified and zinc and b-6 were the majority of them. Since a person is deficient then replenishing the mineral with proper levels may have a biologicial effect on hormones in some people. If a person does not have a deficiency then take large dosages of zinc could cause other minerals to be imbalanced namely zinc, iron, manganse.
