Hi all, I am curious if my LH is too low, it is 3.0 mIU/mL (Ref Range 1.3-7.2).
Sometimes I have trouble maintaining erections, and it has been noted to me before that my testosterone is very low for someone my age (26). Any thoughts? Oh, also I have a real Vitamin D deficiency.: 21 ng/mL (Ref Range 25-80) Could that be affecting anything?

Other results-

Free Testosterone - 1.34 ng/dL ( Ref. Range .95 - 4.30 )
Testosterone Level - 323 ng/dL ( Ref. Range 240 - 1048 )
Follicle Stimulating Hormone Level - 2.3 mIU/mL ( Ref. Range 1.6 - 11 )
Sex Hormone Binding Globulin - 20 nmol/L ( Ref. Range 13 - 71 )
Estradiol - 30.3 pg/mL ( Ref. Range 11 - 32.1 )
Thyroid Stimulating Hormone - 2.11 uIU/mL ( Ref. Range .50 - 5.20)
Prolactin - 5.4 ng/mL ( Ref. Range < = 18.0 )

Your T is definitely low, and I would be most concerned about the low D. You will need around 8000iu to get it where it needs to be.....an easy thing to correct. And yes, D3 affects ALL bodily processes...very crucial hormone!

ALot of people that do not respond to hcg I have seen to be not at healthy levels of vitamin D defieincy. It does something to help sensitize response to LH receptors. I found one study on this about a year ago but have not be able to find it again. It stated that women that were hcg resistant were shown to have low levels of vitamin D..

Did you try a vit D supp and did it work to get up your levels?

I have a suspicion my levels went up through it, would like to hear your/other stories.

Are they the correct ranges for estradiol that you have. My ref range goes up to 50 something.

I had testosterone around 600 previously. However in the last couple of tests it has been in the 900's. My LH also increased.
I have started taking vitamin D3 as it was lowish, and found it very good. However i have also optimised my thyroid and started Dhea, which i think are probably more responsible for the testosterone increase.
