so the statement here by the food organisation in my country is:
2 pieces of fruit and 200 grams of vegetables
is this too low? i read something about 8 servings of fruit/vegetables daily, and also more specific 4 servings of fruit and 4 of vegetables
so in theory if i eat:
1 banana
1 apple
1 pear
1 orange
and 4 servings of whatever vegetables
that would be the best? and define serving.. how much is that?
whats the consensus on this topic
