Hey all I came from meso, I have been there for some time and ran accross your site somehow lol. I see a bunch of guys from meso are here as well !
Right now I am 16 years old, and have been dealing with a range of hormonal problems and imbalances for the past two years. It all started as a porn addictive and stayed that way for years as problems worsened and sex drive dropped to hell. Everything went down hill and I was stuck with a low testosterone level. Finally this summer I manned up and realized I can do all the research I want but to get better I need to start getting tests done and seeing docs. All of my theory's were correct for the most part, low testosterone. This lead me to seek for more tests and better and more experienced doctors. They were all pretty shitty until my last doc prescribed me clomid. I had called dr. shippens office to find someone who he has worked with or followed and I found a urologist in my area that got me some tests and gave me clomid.. Before clomid I was at 404 in test and after 2 months I was at 562. I was pretty bummed at that but I kept searching and after talking to hardasnails I seeked him out and went up to go see him and dr. o a few weeks back.
After seeing dr. o and hardasnails they were able to understand my situation like no other doctor did. My counselor told me all of this was in my head, even when I had proof of labs showing I was high or low. My counselor still insists that all of this is in my head and I have no sex drive because of my own mind. I found him to basically be full of shit lol. So after all that anyway I go up to see hardasnails who is able to give me a range of blood tests and update to see what testosterone levels are at. I still have been taking clomid after the two months but on this test my testosterone comes up at 1170!!!!!! so happy about that ! That was great news for me and pretty motivating, although I am not feeling much better that number just is nice to see. Anyway as of my latests tests I have low cholesterol high aldosterone highish sex hormone binding globin at 35, high cortisol and the rest of things look fine.
So I am waiting for my saliva cortisol test results and I am still trying to get this nutra eval test done through genova but no one wants to perform the test..
I now have a lot of hope and feel like ill get better and feel better pretty soon. I also have bad acne.
I will contact hans soon and we will figure this thing out. I though dr. o and hardasnails were great and i'm really happy to be working with experieced people who can help and can understand the situation.
