I'm new to the Board, and have already learned a lot just by reading various threads. Thanks!

Like every good "newbie", I have been looking for a "FAQ" so that I am not asking basic questions that have most likely been covered "ad nauseum". (For example; "What is a "basic" regimen that Dr. Crisler advocates"? Does he "cycle" regimens?)

1) So...is there a link to a FAQ?

2) What is the best way to get started with literally hundreds of pages in the Forum already?

Thanks!

Dr. Crisler's regimen is available only to his patients and varies by patient.

The closest thing you'll get is his white paper on TRT here: http://www.musclechatroom.com/forum/showthread.php?t=34

"Cycles" are typically employed in those abusing AAS, not men on legitimate HRT. Once stable, it's best to stay that way.

The stickies on the forum are the best place to start searching.

What stops you from making such a thread?

Only the fact that I don't know the answers. I will be the first to admit that my knowledge in HRT is pretty limited.

But as I said before, I would be happy to help compile the information into a coherent list if others will help provide the answers.
