GH replacement therapy may lead to alterations in serum TSH and/or thyroid hormone values in GH-deficient patients, but there is no consensus on the explanation for these changes. We examined the effect of GH administration (0.125 mg, sc, daily for 4 days) on thyroid function in 20 normal men. Serum T4 levels decreased by 8%, and serum free T4 index values decreased by 5%. In contrast, serum T3 levels increased by 21%; serum rT3 did not change. These changes were accompanied by a 54% decrease in the mean serum TSH level. While it is not possible to draw conclusions about hormone production and disposal rates from changes in serum levels, these data are most consistent with enhanced extrathyroidal (including intrapituitary) conversion of T4 to T3 and a compensatory decrease in TSH secretion.

How are the labs looking
It may be for the fact that the thyroid was trying to keep up with tissue repair that the gh is suppose to handle in the first place

i have been off Armour 2 weeks now and my temps avg. is higher then it was on it. I was at avg. 98.4 now off meds 98.6. I did not do any HCG today and feel fine the HCG is kicking my A**. I don't do labs for 2 more weeks I am stopping HCG until I can find a better brand the this crap Novarel.

Phil - any sexual response to HGH?
For everyone...would GHRP(6) provide same benefits.
I was on 3 grains of Armour and had Free T3 2x upper range 2 hours after taking with Free T4 at the top of range. Never felt Hyper.
Curious if I'm just not using the hormone as well as my body should and what is the possible answer(s).

the answer for not going hyper (+ impressive elevation of ft3) would be high rt3 blocking t3 receptor sites

If you talking to me my RT3 went down into the noraml range.

My RT3 was elevated, but Dr J thought I had so much Free T3 that it would compensate. Not sure if this violates man-law, I don't think so.

I was talking to wondering. sorry for the confusion. AND I still think the ratio of T3/rt3 might be more reliable if your T3 is low or midrange. too much rt3 will mess you up regardless of high T3. furthermore, it signifies that your deiodinases are ****ed up ... i still would dig into that

Four days is NOTHING in the world of hormones, but we like the trend.
I would hazard a guess rT3 will drop in time. All that makes us healthier does that.

Note the specific mention of intrapuitary D1 activity.
This tells us a lot about how the body works.

This is a case-by-case situation, as always.
It's a decision about whether to add Cytomel.

Yes it is and I feel good not one Thyroid meds next I think I don't eat up the Testosterone as fast as I use to and might need to lower my dose. I need to try a different HCG my Novarel goes straight to Estradiol even doing a small shot of 250 IU's. I know Ferring has it made by a new lab in Canada and to me it's not the same. So I have had to stop using Novarel and Medco tells me this is all they have or can get. I am going to cool it for month can't take the panic feeling high Estradiol sets off. Then I will try doing 100 IU's of Novarel if this goes right into estradiol then I will need to find a different brand. I don't feel this problem has to do with HGH it started before I went on HGH.
That's friggin' awesome!

No I am on them meds as we post and being on the HGH I don't have ED anymore unless I go to low on my Estradiol or to high.

Curious if GHRP-6 would/could have same affect on Thyroid. I have a feeling I just dont "use" the Thyroid hormones I have circulating. Just speculation.

I am Hypopituitary not sure if GHRP-6 would work for me my Pituitary I am told dose not tell my body to make enough GH.
