This morning I took my temperature, and it was 95.76. Then I took it again, and it was 96.50. What does this mean?
Btw, I went yesterday to have my thyroid checked. Boy did they take alot of blood.

You need to understand if you don't find what is giving you high RT3 fixing in with T3 only is only a band-ad and it comes back. Staying on T3 only meds dives up SHBG levels and binds up Free Testosterone.

pmgamer18, thank you for your response!! Very interesting reading. Yesterday, I had my blood drawing, to check my, TSH, TT3, TT4, FT3, FT4, RT3, TPO. I will post my results when I get them back. I have an elevated pulse issue, which no one can figure out, could that be do to a thyroid issue?

In any case,
any SHBG level would not stop me from properly adjusting my thyroid hormones.
and
I am assuming that proper thyroid hormone levels will help with SHBG (or be neutral but newer negative influence).

We have to stop scaring people from using thyroid hormones because they hurt their SHBG.

pulse & BP
check adrenals, specially electrolytes

For healthy adrenal/thyroid function sodium should be 142-144 ideally.
I personally prefer to see potassium at 4.0-4.5 within this range
I would not advise supplementing unless the RBC potassium is low.
RBC potassium needs to be in the 70-95 percent of it's range for best health.

To (hopefully) benefit better, consider only one thread (started by you) as the major thread where you would have all your data and discussions.
Someone interested in your case will have easier time to review your past.
If your info is scattered, nobody but you will know about it 5 minutes after it was posted.

Well, I guess you figured I'm not a seasoned pro....lol
My thoughts are all over the place. Not sure if its my hormone problems. I'm so determined to figure my problems out, that when I have one aspect covered, I go to another aspect, and try to figure that out, so I have the whole picture. Anyway, enough babbling, I will work on that.

Does it make it a bad thing or just something to be aware of?
Did they stop caring for their thyroid because of raising SHBG scare?
or
they just monitor both TRT & thyroid & adrenals & else
and
adjust per test results?
