Well, we should man up and help out our bros who are in a bad state. It can be really hard to keep your mind straight with all the problems of low T, etc. We all know that. A recent post brings up that some guys may feel rushed or overwhelmed in their Vov's. We know the Doc is crazy busy so lets put up our VOV guide. If we get some good suggestions and put it up on a sticky we could really help some dudes out with getting the full benefit of their time with Doc and maybe help Doc out too if more guys are kinda "standardized" in their vov's. (Maybe the mods could move some of the good suggestions from the recent thread on vov's over here.)
a few to start:
-Keep a regular (even daily) diary of symptoms, problems, "feel good, bad, ok, better or worse" with this or that symptom, etc.
-When its Vov time, look over your diary between visits and summarize things in bullet points that you can quickly relate to Doc
-Keep keyboard or pen and paper at the ready to write down everything Doc goes over during your vov. I've got a little notebook I keep track of vov's in. Use what works for you.
-Make sure your bring up your concerns to Doc in a concise, accurate manner from your bullet points (remember guys, this can be really hard when your in a bad way from low T: brain fog, confusion, depression but every little bit of preparation helps you and helps Doc help you)
-If you don't get everything covered that you think is important: let Doc know and schedule another appointment or book a double time slot next time.
