Recently I have found I have a very low SIga and a very high anti gilidin. Could celiac sprue cause a lower testosterone level along with my constant hunger, weight loss, and high rt3?

Yep. If your celiac, its causing major inflammation as well as malabsorbtion. Meaning that any cholesterol your eating is not being absorbed and converted into the hormones you need. Your rt3 is also going to be high, because the inflammation is going to demand a high cortisol response to control it.

I had similar issues, although that was only a partial cause for me. Still, get that taken care of and things might start to straighten out for you. Like me, you are young so you might be able to bounce back (unfortunately for me, recognizing GI issues was not enough).

Hunger likely from high cortisol. have you had that tested?

Well it's not at a testes level, my LH was 2.2 so decently low. The way I see it is that there was a study done on women with amenorrhea caused by celiac. This would be the same in males with LH and FSH gonadtropins. What was the other issue behind yours?
