Use to BB back in the day and I've been starting over for the past 3 years.
Since, I've been very lethargic to the point that getting out of bed is nearly impossible some days is why I haven't kept with it.
I am working with the good Dr., and trust that things will get better.
So, I am looking for a bro to talk over a simple bb workout routine. I am just seeking to hit the weights 3 days per week. I just find it very vexing to waste my time with a lot of isolated exercises. yet, I know that I can't trust myself to start a power lifting routine. Personal trainers too expensive. My diet for what I need is close to spot on.
Or just point me in a direction.

Thanks
JJ

3 times a week light, medium, heavy.

bench, deadlift, squat, shoulder press, chins, cleans, direct pumping arm work.

lowish reps, with an extra burnout on heavy day.

watch what happens.
