I am type 2 Metformin 500mg 2 times a day. What effects should i get taking it pre bed and ghrp-6 in the morning.

I'm pre-type 2 on 500 mg AM and 1000 mg PM. Doctors certainly do seem to differ quite a bit in their treatment aggressiveness.

I've seen studies where GH induces insulin resistance via its effect on gluconeogensis (I think that's the MOA, someone will check me). (But I don't recall seeing studies wrt to the peptides or releasing hormones.) At the same time, if muscle mass increases you would presumably be increasing insulin sensitivity. And Metformin seems to attenuate IGF-1 while GH seems to increase it. The combination of GH enhancement coupled with Metformin still seems to me simultaneously counter-intuitive and intriguing. I think you should monitor both your fasting and pre and post-priandials and let us (particularly me) know what you see. A1C deltas would be even more valuable.
