I have a real problem with naturally low E2. I was at 460 T and 8 E2 before hcg. I was then put on 300iu hcg everyother day. After 2 weeks I was at 860 T and 22 E2. Felt good. After a week I started feeling not so good. Erections and libido were gone as well as lack of energy. It was decided by my doc on symptoms only that the E2 was too high. Hcg cut back to 250iu every 3 days.
I believe E2 had fallen, not raised. Now my E2 is at 4. Is there any way E2 could drop like that?
rt3 is 410 (90-350 range)
norepinephrine is 771 (0-399 range)
catecholamine 826 (0-642 range)
Not much stress in my life. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just had same thing happen my e2 was 4 and symptoms where elevated e2.
Just for shits and giggles that night I took 1/4 tab of adex next day I got morning wood. Go figure. I called the lab and was asking for a re-analysis to confirm their findings. Phil I am sure will have a field day with this one.
1. Since you started a fresh batch of HCG going into 21 days for me and ton of other guys it looses its effectiveness. I have new batch ever 2 weeks to prevent this works like a charm for 2-3 years same company.
2. you had bad lab and need to retest. I think your HCG crapped out on you not the gels like you think. Get a fresh batch of hcg every 2-3 weeks this should resolve your issue.

This may be true about the hcg crapping out. I stated in a post that I made on the yahoo hypogonadism forum (post # 55054) that it was 3 weeks since I mixed the hcg and that I had started feeling not so good by that time. Could it be that without hcg, I burn through the compounded T quickly or that it isn't absorbed well?
I've gone back to the original 300iu every other day protocol. As for the other crazy lab numbers. It's 2:12 in the morning and I'm wide awake. I can't continue to go on like this. These have to be addressed.

This is easy to explain
1) when the test taken in relatonship to the fresh batch of hcg when you crashed?
2) when did your symptoms come in relationship to when hcg was started about 14 days into correct?
When you first started it you felt fantastic, symptoms cleared as you went longer into the hcg you crashed. simple explaination you need to have a fresh batch of hcg every 2 weeks, but most likely insurance would not covered it. So do what I have to do goto out side source for hcg that has been effective for me and 1000 other guys and get a smaller amount like 2,000 ius and use that over a 2-3 weeks peroid then chuck it. Pmgammer has same issue as I do. Dr J even commented on a post I had that every body is different and uses things at different rates.

not exactly. Examine the time line:
12/7- started hcg (300iu every other day) T460, E2 8, rt3 395
12/22- slight improvement in symptoms noted
12/30- noticeable improvement in symptoms
1/2- noticed feeling not so good again.
1/10- new batch of hcg (dose cut back 250 iu every 3rd day)
1/10- problem with getting compounded T from pharmacy. NO T TODAY
1/11- NO T MORNING, 250 iu hcg, GOT T IN AFTERNOON, 1/2 dose of T.
1/12- 11/2 dose of T
1/14-250iu hcg
1/15- Blood tests T511, E2 4, rt3 410 (range 90-350)
1/15- present feeling really lousy.
The combination of the reduction in hcg, and the 2 days of no T may have screwed the results up. I started not feeling so good around the time that the hcg was getting old. If you made it through this far, thanks for looking and any comments would be appreciated.

As discussed go back to what was working and retest monday since there could have been a lab error. If it aint broke do not fix it from now on lesson learned. You can not second guess hormones that is why testing is crucial because it can play trickes on you. Like me you burn through hcg after 14-21 days. After 17 day I feel the drop in T why I get it from ADC for past 3 years no issues all labs are stable T levels serums.
