Is your prolactin level causing any grief?

Try posting TT, E2 & DHT together.

Thyroid is crying for help.

Keep it crying until you are done analyzing and supporting adrenals.

I suggest

Rhein 24-hr urine analysis
Spectracell-5000
Fatty Acid Analysis

Blood test:

1 --------- Comprehensive Metabolic Panel w/EGFR
2 --------- CBC w/ diff/PLT

31 --------- DHEA Sulfate
32 --------- Aldosterone
33 --------- Renin Activity, Plasma
34 --------- ACTH, Plasma
35 --------- Cortisol Binding Globulin (Transcortin)
36 --------- 8AM/4PM/10PM---Cortisol, Free and Total

===================================

For blood test, alternatively, you may want to check my long list of tests and do what you have missing.
===================================

Above testing will allow you to formulate list of supplements and
adrenal and thyroid medicines that you need.

.......
As soon as you are ready (supplements supporting adrenals & thyroid in place for about 2 months, plus Cortef/HC or Medrol and possibly Florinef), start using Cytomel-T3, taper it up until you reach 75mcg/day.

Watch
BP, pulse, temperatures

Stay on that 75mcg-T3/day for couple or few months, then test (complete thyroid panel), you may need more.
100mcg-T3/day possible, rarely even more, known (rare) cases of 150mcg-T3/day

Stay away from T4.
Specially if your thyroid hormonal dose is such that TSH>0
Remember, when TSH>0, thyroid is producing hormones, mostly T4.

thanks JanSz

Can I go to T3 without all the other tests or am I asking for trouble ?

Dr J says on this form ..... correct the D1 and rt3 will go away.

What is your take on agent orange ?
