Can someone help me with this?

I am currently on Androgel and HCG. I'd like to go backpacking for a very extended amount of time. I can give up the HCG and not really care about the aesthetics of my testicles for 6 months, however, what can you do for the testosterone?

Do pellets work?

have you tried clomid and did it work for you?

if i were not on doctor's prescription test gel and thyroid stuff (otherwise i could get a letter from the doctor/pharmacy of course stating i need this stuff) i would take along a bottle of clomide and run it three times a week during that time so that you get increase in test but not so much that estradiol rises too much

Take a T script with you from the USA to wherever you're going, and get a local doc to write a script onsite.

Buy Ovidrel HCG. It supposedly survives for a month out of the refrigerator. You can test this in the USA, before committing. Per this info here:

If you're headed for the himalayas, buy 6 syringes of Ovidrel (6 month's supply), take it with you (explain that you can't get the stuff in Nepal) and keep the unused syringes in someone's local refrigerator, and then come back to that location monthly.

What does this mean? Are you saying, that
if I make a trip to Dr. Crisler
and he treats me,
and gives me a perscription for hCG and Adex,
that then I can go to a doc here and he will write the prescription for me here in Germany?

-> I have a problem here, my doc would prescribe me T, but can't prescribe hCG or Arimidex, because it's a "bad tone" to do it in Germany.
-> my last TT was 2,99 (2-7.4).. As you can see the range in Germany is just crazy, (2-7.4) is considered as "normal"...

Ovidrel is about $80 a pop at Walgreens, but gets diluted into 10ml for the equiv that most people are using. At 2 .25ml injections a week it lasts for 20 weeks, making it a pretty good deal compared to urine derived if you're paying out of pocket.

Has anyone discussed with Dr. Crisler why he prefers the urine derived HCG over Ovidrel?

Are any of Dr. Crisler's patients using Ovidrel rather than the urine derived HCG? And if so, how is it scripted? Are you scripted for the Ovidrel as well as bacteriostatic water and a vial to mix it in? Do you get any flack from the pharmacy about it?

I'm saying that provided you're from the USA, and the offshore doctor doesn't already know you, then the offshore doctor is highly likely to simply prescribe for you whatever your USA doctor prescribed for you, as part of "ongoing therapy", and provided you display good intentions that you're going to return home when you say you will.

In your case, it's not likely to work, because the German doctor will work out that you flew to the USA to get one script in the hope that the one script from the USA would be leverage to force him (the German doctor) to write you similar scripts for life.

These are different cases.

In your case you need to find a different German doctor, or fly / train / drive to Brussels.

That would not be a problem, but it's still the same story, isn't it?
Or can I get my hCG perscription, that is valid in Germany if I work with Thierry Hertoghe?
Do you know people who do it this way?

thierry hertoghe isn't very fond of a hcg during trt strategy so that one goes out the window

uhm i read some of his treatment protocols over on the propeciahelp site

there are three guys under his care at the moment which ive seen with bloodtest results, everything the works..

there is one guy on 3 grams of testogel daily (yes correct 3 grams) and i read somewhere on the forum that hcg wasn't something he was really up to unless absolutely necessary

the 3 grams is to increase adiol g levels

Normal people don't have to ponder such, so why should we? There HAS to be a better solution than hoarding meds and hoping a friendly doc 3000 miles away might honor a script from some unknown to him.

There has to be a better way..... Then again, perhaps this is nature doing its thing.

That's what I'm saying.

As it stands, your three options are:
1.) Hoard Androgel (and Ovidrel)
2.) Hoard Clomid
3.) Hope a doc will fill your prescrip overseas

Honestly, Clomid is the best option, IMHO. Clomid is a suitable monotherapy for treating seconday hypogonadism (PMID: 19694928). For some reason, lots of people around here don't want to acknowledge that but that's another thread, entirely. Anyways, Clomid, long term, would be effective.

Plus, when Androxal gets out the door and approved for secondary hypogonadism, even easier (Androxal = isomer of clomid).

As far as testicular aesthetics, personally, I wouldn't care about the size/shape of my nuts when I'm busy seeing the wonders of the world. That would save on carrying around a syringe and worrying about refrigeration for your whole trip. However, if you are, Ovidrel would work great, as Chilln mentioned.

All of this would require a few months lead time of proper experimentation, labwork, and calibration, if you wanted to have as smooth of a transition as possible between protocols.

But me, I'd opt for a packed bottle of Clomid I could stuff into my backpack. Just hoping, at some point, suspicious authorities wouldn't confiscate it...

More often one ends up on 10grams/day/Androgel

Yes, 1% testosterone covers large skin area.
DHT increase corelates with used skin area.

High DHT levels is one of my primary reasons why I stopped using Androgel.

Dr John has said that Secretropin is his preferred method of GHRT when he is on the road.

You can bring your T cream and DHEA/Preg combo on the road too

Run some Tribex as well on a 5/2 cycle.

The trib + DHEA/Preg combo should be ok as far as hcG replacement.

All above can be easily carried in a backpack and require no refrigeration.

hertoghe or his assistant wanted adiol g to upper levels and urinary t levels also increased, therefore increasing dosages

user reported not many improvements even though arimidex was used

i suggest you check the forum out, it has the labs as well.. if you need the username of this guy i can point you to his log

If you are trying to run TRT and use much less than

transdermal 100mg/day
injectable 100mg/week

you will be disappointed.
