Stats:

21 Years old
5'11 170lbs
Good physical shape
Never done any steroids or hormone drugs besides 4 months of finasteride.

I haven't Touched Fin for over 2 years.

Symptoms

NO MORNING ERRECTIONS EVER, I never Wake up with an erection.

no more motivation for the gym

TIRDENESS, not crippling, but energy levels vary at 50-70%

STIFF back especially upon waking up.

Less Ambitious

Hard to workout -- On the next day of a strenuous workout i will feel like shit with bloodshot eyes and tight muscles all over and brainfog. I dont workout anymore, and symptoms definitely feel easier to deal with now that i dont put my body through alot of exercise.....

Reduced urine flow especially during nighttime/morning

Shakiness -- When im in a more unfamiliar area (Bar, lounge, club) after a certain period of time just having fun, i start getting shaky and nervous for no reason.

Joint Pain -- Same as above, but after a certain period of time my joints just start hurting under stressfull enviornments even if i didn't exert them at all. Otherwise i dont have any joint pain.

GYNO. I have (A little)hard tissue behind my nipples, and my nipples are puffy (but NOT sensitive). Tissue isnt huge, but noticeable in certain positions. I had gyno during puberty, but i think it flared up recently.

Lower Libido -- also if i ejaculate more than once in a given day (like say 4 hours apart or something). I feel what i can only describe as pain in the prostate region, very uncomfortable for around 3-5 minutes.

WATERY SPERM

EYE FLOATERS (Recent). Lots and lots of eye floaters

My last doc (anti aging for men) told me that my labs look alright and that if nothing gets better i should make an appt with him in a month and he'll refer me to a naturopath..... I doubt i'll magically recover since i dont even know wtf is wrong and what to do..

Basically nothing changed after 8 months, i hoped it would go away it didn't. This all started after i crashed after workout out hardcore in order to build mass. I have a feeling i had alot of these symptoms YEARS ago, but they were so small that they were just very minor inconveniences. Before i had any major symtpoms i had alot of tense muscles. My masseuse said that i literally couldn't untense them when he kept telling me to do so (in order to do deep tissue massage).

As you can see, most lab tests look okay. I have no idea what's going on, this is a complete mystery to me and its severely affecting my quality of life.

You will get better picture with full panel but that is what I think based on available tests.

Diesiel,
Your FT3 and your TT look fine; average to above average. I'd look at your diet and lifestyle first.

That's where i have a problem. Shouldnt a young person be able to have a shitty lifestyle and still feel fine until they hit their 30's or 40's? this doesnt apply to me because my lifestyle is 'decent' at WORST: Dont drink pop, dont eat fast food or junkfood, dont smoke, rarely drink, and dont do drugs besides the very occasional puff. Have good athletic ability and am smart. Things just arent properly lining up....

Looking at your 4xCortisosl.

You are starting with a half full tank of Cortisol in the morning and for the rest of the day scraping bottom.

Sodium 137 (135 - 146)-----ideal=143, some say 137 is bottom range

Sodium is in the same category, not a full tank, just vapors)

Running on vapors.

the symtpoms from my gathering are pointing to Estrogen problems and cortisol problems, possibly liver detoxification issues maybe. I am seeing different doctors with mostly the same result, but i will keep trying because i know it will eventually get better if i dont give up.

Say no more. Too low T. Too high E2 (your E2 labs aren't accurate at all). Too low cortisol.

What would you prefer to do about these ? You have many many options, all of which have been discussed here over and over. I suspect you've read many of them.

################################################## ############

EYE FLOATERS (Recent). Lots and lots of eye floaters

Have you been supplementing with any products designed to lower E2 ? If so, I suspect some of them may have been SERMs. SERMs can cause this, as discussed here:

Chilln your conclusions were the same as mine. I just want to get to the bottom of this and figure out WHY my labs are like this. Why the hell would my E2 be this high, i just having problems accepting its 'age related' because i had similiar (albeit less serious) symptoms from 18 years old that i can remember, i can see im not hypo gonadal so trt doesn't make sense to me. I want to get better, but at the same time i wan to solve the mystery that is my body so that if i made mistakes in the past, i wont repeat those.... About the floaters, That was my initial suspicion.....research chems never again, it was supposedly liquidex too...i figure they might have messed up and gave me something else.

I also tried taking isocort, just felt drowsy on it...
