I have been told the slab of solid, hard fat on the front of me that looks like a turtle shell is actually E2 deposits/concentrations that act like a leaky sponge and complicate metabolism. Is this true?
I have been told that DIM does NOT address the production of new E2, but works to break down already existing E2 formations. Is this true?
Is it true that if my E2 has been high for years and that if I can get my T:E2 ratios tweaked right (via arimidex) that some weight loss, contingent on good diet and exercise, will follow? Is this true?
