Thanks...I actually have some of that molasses I bought from Whole Foods and your post reminded me it's in my house. :thumbup:

Bananas are good. I add one to every protein shake I make. More for flavor than anything. The extra calories are worth it. Plus I take pottasium suppliments 2x a day too.

8oz of avocado is 31% of your RDA of potassium or 1100MG
this is about the size of the largest avocado
i have a food scale and mine usually weigh about 7.5oz and the pit weighs around .5oz if i remember right
