I want to which type of and what food should I take when I am doing body building??

Eggs, lean meat, whole oats, peanut butter, tuna (not too much), whey (not gnc crap), milk, beans, homemade protein bars, and sufficient carbs.

Sounds like a good diet to mee you just have to adjust how much of what and add some veggies.
