Does Dr. Crisler treats Adrenal/Thyroid issues?

I planning to Consult with Dr. Crisler. I would like Clarification on the following

I have low T (229 Ng/Dl), but hight TSH as well as issues with Adrenal and Thyroid gland since i suspect Hypothyroidism and Adrenal fatigue. I am 43 years old.

My questions is: Does Dr.Crisler treat Adrenal and Thirod symptoms ( using Armour Thyroid, Cortef- (Hydrocortisone) etc. similar to Dr. Mariano's Protocol to treat Hypothyroidism and Adrenal fatigue

If yes does he treat Hypothyroidism and Adrenal fatigue in PARALLEL while addressing TRT using HCG/ Cypo T simultaneously?

Thank you so much Dr. I have one more question. Is it worth trying HCG/HGH as a restart Protocol to jump start HPA before going with TRT?
