The only information staff can see is your IP address, this is to help them identify trouble makers.

Transcripts
Due to recent U.S legislation we are required by law to keep a record of all conversations held on the chat client - public and private. Transcripts can only be seen by management.

Transcripts are never looked into unless a complaint has been made or a moderator has reason to believe that such abuse has occured. Anyone found on the site that has been banned is trespassing and MuscleChatRoom.com reserves the right to examine all private chats of that person.  MCR will not tolerate harassement of any kind and feel that those banned from the site have given up their right to privacy on this site.  For all others, we take your privacy very seriously.

Private transcripts are kept on record incase of any future police inquiries (such as if there's been an allegation of serious sexual harassment or stalking).
