Several months ago, the requirement to have a site user id to log into the chatroom was implemented. This has now been changed back to open chatting for all. If you currently have a site user name, you will still need to use a password to enter the chat room, as this is necessary to reserve the user name you have chosen. Any name not in use, will not require a password.
Update: Apparently the room count and the who's chatting code is not working either, so please ignore those for right now.
The chat room is back up, there is still one minor issue. As a result, you will not be prompted for a password when you enter the room for the time being. I will keep you posted on any other issues or changes.

As you may have noticed, there had been a problem with the sizing of user photos on the user's profile page, including the visitors and buddy view there. The pictures were various sizes. I'd been looking to solve this problem for quite some time and this last weekend found the problem in the web theme template. For many of you, it means that the original photo you uploaded was sized too small.
I know that several of you have asked about getting disconnected from the chatroom. In response to this, I made an inquiry to Parachat and this was their reponse. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you for contacting ParaChat Support. There have been no reports of any connectivity issues into any of our data centers. The rule of thumb with disconnects is that if all users are impacted equally at the same time, then there may be an issue with connectivity into one of our data centers.
In an ongoing effort to improve MuscleChatRoom.com, we've added the ability to post images to your profile. Simply go to "MyAccount" on the menu bar, the click edit, and then "User Profile".
