Site Registration No Longer Needed to Enter Chat Room

Several months ago, the requirement to have a site user id to log into the chatroom was implemented. This has now been changed back to open chatting for all. If you currently have a site user name, you will still need to use a password to enter the chat room, as this is necessary to reserve the user name you have chosen. Any name not in use, will not require a password.

Bodybuilder Posers

I don't know about most of you guys, but I have a little problem with posers fitting correctly. I have a larger than normal basket (and damn proud of it) but most places that will enlarge the front also seem to make the pouch spread out wider - covering part of the upper thights. I foung a place to buy some semi-custom posers. I was talking with Rusty Jeffers and he told me about www.nu-parr.com - they are pretty good posers - a little expensive but good quality.

I did it: I went and bought a posing suit. People have been telling me that if I am even thinking about competing - which I am thinking about - then I should get a poser and get used to it: How small it is, what it feels like, and so on.

I realize there's a lot of work to be done between this photo of December 6 and a competition (probably May of 2012), but the good news is: It's only going to improve from here on out.

I do like the start of any exercise regime after a long absence. The gains come instantly. It is already easier to do crunches.

Meanwhile, I saw the new Sherlock Holmes late Tuesday night. Respectably enjoyable despite probably having Sir Arthur Conan Doyle rolling over in his grave.

Chat Room is Back

Update: Apparently the room count and the who's chatting code is not working either, so please ignore those for right now.

The chat room is back up, there is still one minor issue. As a result, you will not be prompted for a password when you enter the room for the time being. I will keep you posted on any other issues or changes.

Well, the plan was to go to the gym. It’s been so long that I had myself convinced the gym closed at 10:00, so that if I left the house around 8:45, I’d get there and have enough time to do Monday’s routine and shower.

Silly me, they close at 9:00. So I came home and did the workout listed above. The push-ups were easier to do than they were on the 1st. I forgot that the crunches are now three sets of eleven and blew it on the second set. Oh, well; at least I did them.
